Fix thumbnails that are hard to read
Use this review when a cover looks good on the canvas but becomes confusing in the file browser.
The wrong image appears
Confirm which frame is set as the thumbnail in Figma. Inserting a new cover frame and choosing it as the file thumbnail are separate actions. If the browser still shows an old image, reopen the file browser after the change has saved.
The title is clipped or too small
Inspect the generated cover frame and check its text bounds. Replace long internal names with a short display title. Put the full specification name in the file itself. Keep important text away from the edges and check the actual card preview rather than judging only at canvas zoom.
Every file looks the same
Keep the shared layout, but vary the written purpose and project name. A visual system should help distinguish files, not hide their differences. Use status labels sparingly and remove badges that repeat information already obvious from the title.
